Koh Samui = Nice and not so nice

This island is fricken huge. There is even an airport on it that flys back to bangkok as well as to singapore and other places. I'm staying at this bungalow called BestBeach Bungalows. It's quite nice and right on the beach but we only could get a double and a single bed for 4 of us. So we puched the beds together and spoon to sleep.

I have surfed/boogie boarded ever day and i am getting quite good at the boogie boarding (best on the beach i'd say ;)

This is definately tourist island. Everyone here is basically on a 2-3 week vacation. There is the one alley/road that has all the clubs on it. A lot of trance type music is played and it gets quite crowded on that strip. Last night we went into the strip club there. i must say Kelowna has better strip clubs and that doens't say much.

Thai women (not ladyboys) are very aggressive here. They have chased me down on numerous occasions. It is quite funny. I can see why this island is so popular.

This island has lots of shops as well. I've boughted some shirts (Beer Chang (a local thai beer that's awsome and Rip Curl). I also bought a Van Dutch hat. All these only cost me 15 bucks. It can be hard to not spend money because everything is so cheap - I want to buy it all!

Jake was supposed to leave us today for australia but he mised his flight (he is a procrastinator like the rest of man) and had to rebook for the 18th.

Time to go drink and eat!
