I am in the tropics..suckers!

So we almost missed our bus to the island of Ko Tao (in the southwest of the gulf of thailand). Soely because we decided to go to the MBK mall in bangkok. It has 7 levels and is cheaper the a rutland girl. We lost our British pal Jake so we were slow in getting to our bus. Us 4 (Craig, jake, Kim, and I) made it with 5 min to spare. very hecktic. 14 hours of travel later and some sleeping on concrete we made it to the iland of Ko tao only to have no place to stay. guarded the bags with jake while craig and kim went in search of a room. 2 hours later and some lying we are here to stay (yipee). Me and jake got motorcycles (9 bucks a day canadian) and drove them around the island. We then went snorkelling at a reef up the beacj from where we are staying. We swam with some schiools of fish and I scared the shit out of Jake when I yelled "SHARK!" haha so funny to see a british guy squirm. I' write more but i'm a a few beers in and getting tippy as well as the stupid price for internet on this island. I'll try to add something ceative next time. Sorry i suck - but then again i'm sitting here in 30+ degrees sunshine with the only worry about where to party and how much sun to get.
